1. SYSTEM ANALYST

Kualifikasi

1. Laki - Laki

2. Usia Maksimal 40 tahun.

3. Pendidikan min S1

4. Pengalaman dibidangnya min 3 tahun.

Kemampuan yang diutamakan:
1. Pernah terlibat pembuatan aplikasi dengan menggunakan program tools PHP, JAVA, ASP, SAP dan lainnya
2. Mempunyai pengetahuan detalil bisnis proses industri agribisnis (terutama perkebunan kelapa sawit)
3. Menjelaskan. meyakinkan customer uatu proses bisnis ke dalam design dengan bahasa IT untuk kebutuhan programmer
5. Mempunyai pengetahuan yang luas tentang aplikasi mulai dari yang sederhana (system management) sampai ERP
6. Melakukan kontrol progress kepada tim programmer dan tehnical di project implementasi ataupun development.
7. Pemetaan, analisa dan merancang target develop atau implementasi aplikasi (plan, task, input-process-output)
8. Mempunyai pengetahuan luas tentang bisnis proses organisai mulai back office, operasional, produksi dll
9. Mempunyai pengetahuan detail seluruh bisnis proses beberapa industri lain

2. PROGRAMMER

Kualifikasi

1. Laki - Laki / Perempuan

2. Usia Maksimal 35 tahun.

3. Pendidikan min S1

4. Pengalaman dibidangnya min 2 tahun.

Kemampuan yang diutamakan:
1. Pernah implementasi dan membuat aplikasi dengan program tools minimal PHP, ASP, MAGIC, JAVA, dotNet.
2. Dapat mebaca spesifikasi teknis, dokumen design system, flow chart dan dokumen lain dari system analyst.
3. Mengerti database minimal microsoft SQL server, oracel, DB2 dan database lain
4. Pernah membangun aplikasi berbasis client server dan Webbase dengan menggunakan tools dan database open source
5. Kemampuan menjelaskan program aplikasi yang dibuat sendiri dalam bentuk presentasi
6. Kemampuan merancang jadwal penyelesaian pembuatan program yang ditugaskan
7. Bersedia tugas ke luar kota

General Qualification:

Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree form an accredited university with
a major course work in Economy / Accounting or a related field.
1-2 years experience in Public Accountant Firm (big 4)
Excellent knowledge in accounting and general economic issue
Having effective verbal, written, presentation and listening
communication skills both in English and Indonesia
Must be strong in Excel and Power Point would be an advantage
