use of resources in customer value chain. Main products comprises of
specialty chemicals (Adsorbents and Catalysts) with annual sales
exceeding 1 billion euros. The company is supported with 4,800 employees
worldwide. In Indonesia the company employed over 350 people in three
manufacturing plants. The alkaline division markets its products to pulp
and paper industry, civil engineering industry, detergents manufacturing
industry as well as potable waste water treatment processing.

professional as Sales & Marketing Manager reporting to President
Director (Expatriate).

The Sales and Marketing Manager will have the overall responsibility of
managing the company's sales and marketing activities in order to
ensure the achievement of company objectives in terms of volume and
value. He should develop and implement strategies, provide the technical
support to customers and coordinate the production planning with
production and supply chain.


§ Develop and execute the right marketing and sales strategy
in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives. This includes
new products launch and existing products adjustments.

§ Ensure on time delivery to customers.

§ Coordinate and manage all necessary actions to maintain and
strengthen customer relations (customer visit with relevant technical
experts, plant tour, seminars, exhibitions, advertising etc)

§ Develop pricing under coordination with the International /
Regional Marketing Management.

§ Appointment of representation.

§ Develop sales and marketing budget.

§ Ensure the successful achievement of sales targets in both
tonnage and value.

Required Qualification / Education / Experience:

Indonesian, Male / Female, 36 - 40, at least S-1 Degree in Chemical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from
overseas or reputable national university. MBA/ MM Degree is a clear

§ At least 12 -15 years proven & successful experience in
Sales and Marketing Management in very competitive environment such as
specialty chemical manufacturing industries (Alkaline) dealing with pulp
and paper industry, detergents manufacturing industry, waste and water
treatment as well as civil engineering industry.

§ Qualified candidates with proven sales and marketing
experience currently working in pulp and paper industry, detergents
manufacturing industry, or civil engineering are encouraged to apply.

§ Excellent command of written and spoken English

§ Strong leadership, decision making and delegation skills.

§ Currently is holding Sales Marketing Manager's position
with any USA / European based multinational manufacturing company based
in Jakarta.

§ Career minded individual who is passionate about building a
long term career with the organization.

§ Self-starter and strong analytical skills, supported with
good interpersonal communication skills.

§ Persistent, with ability to thrive in a high-growth,
fast-paced and demanding and competitive market environment.

§ Proven successful sales and marketing track record in terms
