to fill the following position:


1. Asst. Manager IT (IT)

Bachelor in Computer Science/IT. Male, min 7 year experience in handle Oracle 9i DBA, Oracle forms, Oracle reports, linux, networking skills.


2. Asst. Manager Part Production (PP)

Diploma/Bachelor, Male, min 10 year experience in injection Plastic Molding, monitoring & control daily OEE, Quality improvement, Production plan versus actual shift wise, Control safety stock, 5 S & Kaizen


3. Asst. Manager Purchasing (PM)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic), Male, min 10 years experience in source vendor and control or upgrade supplier or vendor.


4. Asst. Manager QC (QC)

Bachelor in mechanical/Instrumentation, Male, min 10 year experience. Handle all type of measurement equipment. Worked in inspection department Company which is having ISO Certification. Have knowledge about basic mfg principle of Plastic Molding & Power Press Machines, SPC techniques & system TS16949/ISO14000.


5. Supervisor Laboratorium/Calibration (LAB)

Diploma Electrical or mechanical, Male, Minimal 5 year exp in Lab/Calibration. Good Electrical circuit knowledge. Hand on experience of handling & testing facility. PLC circuit & hand on experience. Good documentation knowledge/ISO knowledge. Handling/calibration of measuring instruments.


6. HR Spv (HRS)

Bachelor Degree. Male/Female, Ex. In Training / People development, Industrial Relations, Kaizen,QCC, 5 S.


7. Asst. Supervisor Sheet Metal (SM)

Diploma in Tool and Die, Male, min 8 year experience in Tool Development. Have knowledge of preventive maintenance. Tool wise machine loading plan prepared. Daily tool trial & rectification as per SIR. Preparing job card for machining. SIR review. Tool improvement. Monitoring tool consumable parts


8. Member Customer Quality (CQ)

Diploma in Electrical or mechanical, Male, min 3 years in Quality Problem. Solving Good understanding of switch & lock, Understanding of manufacturing process, Good analysis capability. Have knowledge of Quality problem solving.


9. Plant Maintenance (PM)

Diploma in Engineering Mechanical/Electronic. Able to operate Microsoft Office, Power point. Exp. in Maintenance Dept for 5 years. Experience in maintaining : Injection moulding M/C, Pneumatic, Hidraulic, Electricity Power, Milling M/C, PLC (Programmable logic controller), Generator and Compressor machine.


10. EDM Operator (EDM)

Technical High School, Male, min 3 year experience. Able to operate CNC EDM machine. Check insert after machining.


11. Member Quality System (QS)

High School, Female, Min 3 year in ISO job.Control of quality documents as per ISO requirements. Preparation of quality documents (typing). Making summary of internal audit status. Checking evidence at different areas for NCR closure.

4. Able to make Production Planning, Man Power Planning, Quality Improvement Planning

5. Familiar with 5S, Kaizen

6. Mature, having the leadership attributes
