We are in consortium business with one of service company support
ing Chevron Pacific Indonesia project on integrated well monitoring
located in Duri, Riau. As the project will commence soon, we are
currently seeking Experienced Petroleum Engineer with the following
requirements

Male or Female
Graduated from Petroleum Engineering
Minimum GPA : 2,75
Have a good communication and social skilling
Proactive individual, teamwork and self-starter
Strong knowledge on manual or online well monitoring and involved in
the project minimum 5 years

Knowledge on Dynamometer is the advantage

Computer literacy is a must
Conversant in English for both oral and written

maintenance.
The core business of Simmons is onshore drilling and workover
operations principally serving the oil, gas, gas storage, geothermal
and geoscientific markets internationally.

To support our operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly qualified
experienced candidates with:

• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Possesses Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with others
effectively
• Strong personality with good team spirit, leadership, analytical and
problem solving skill.

For the following positions:

1. BASE MANAGER

With general autonomy, manages and directs the functions of the
Operation Support including: Real Estate, Administration, Logistics
and outsourcing/subcontractor companies. Aligns product and service
delivery with the needs of the Operating Department. Monitors and
continuously drives improvement processes and standards to support the
Operation Departments.

Requirements:
Minimum undergraduate degree with 5 years experience in managerial
position in Rig and Facilities Management. Has technical knowledge of
drilling service or workover and similar working experience in
Multinational oil service company will be preferable. Currently live
in or willing to live in Prabumulih.

2. CAMP COORDINATOR

Under general direction, supervises facility and support services
personnel engaged in camp management. Responsible for overall
facilities maintenance, security, catering, and budget. Leads and
promotes service quality, safety, and environmental issues at
facilities. Reinforced the Company policy & procedure in Camp.

Requirements:
Diploma degree with 3 years of experience in lodging and
accommodation. Has knowledge and capability to maintain electricity,
plumbing, and building construction. Currently live in or willing to
live in Prabumulih.

3. DRILLING SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Responsible for the initial set-up and logistics to new service
contracts. Acting on the best interest of Company negotiations related
to Contracting and deployment of equipment and personnel. First line
supervision as directed to effectively trouble shoot, service and
complete new and existing service contracts. Mobilize independently in
advance of company equipment and personnel to site. Take appropriate
action to summarize and present documentation in support to award sub
contract services as required to complete the works. Working from
Jakarta office with the requirement for frequent deployment to remote
worksites.

Requirements:
Minimum undergraduate degree with 5 years experience, strong technical
knowledge of drilling service or workover equipment, techniques and
related civil construction procedures, has similar working experience
in Multinational oil service company will be preferable.
