Various Positions

Dear All.
Our Client, currently involved in the Project of building/erecting
Power Station in Indonesia, is seeking for qualified and potential
National work force to fill in the following positions:

1. CHIEF OFFICER – COMMERCIAL (221-62)

Main responsibilities:
a. Conduct strategic negotiation with partners (Contractors and
Sub Contractors) to make sure that all agreements are legally and
timely approved.
b. Supervise the team of tender in order to get the best bid
c. Seek and negotiate with potential buyers of energy within
the Industrial Communities
d. Approve calculation of billing
e. Supervise the sufficiency for the supply of coal, fuel, and
spare parts during operation.

Education/experience

a. Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering, plus MBA
b. 5 to 10 years of hands on experience
c. Able to speak and write in good English

2. CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL/HEAD OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS (221-63)

Main responsibilities:
a. Direct, supervise Legal function, to make sure that business
activities, contract and agreements are in compliant with the law
and regulation.
b. Direct the Human Resources function to assure that the work
forces are available timely.
c. Direct the function of safety, environment and industrial
health
d. Direct the relation aspect of the Corporation (Government,
Community and Press)

Education/experience

a. Minimum S1, preferably S2 degree majoring in Law
b. Hands on experience at least 5 years.
c. Able to speak and write good English

3. CHIEF RISK & GOVERNANCE OFFICER (221-64)

Main Responsibilities:
a. Direct the Government Relation group to assure all Company
Policy and/or Government regulation be complied by all Divisions.
b. Direct the Risk Management Group to minimize risk that
provide negative impact to the corporation
c. Direct the Procurement and outsourcing to assure the cost
efficiency

Education/Experience

a. S1 degree of any discipline
b. Good negotiation skill
c. 5 years of Hands on experience
d. Able to speak and write in good English

1. RISK OFFICER

Policy, Process, & Credit Reviewer (officer)
Job Description :

Policy maker and product review.
To ensure that credit policies and products are in line with internal
and external regulations.
Preparing MOA and request approval for new policies changes; preparing
IM for product review; preparing IM to launch new policies or policies
changes.

Specific Qualification :

25-35 years old
Bachelor degree
Preferable 2 years in credit policy from foreign bank (Citibank, HSBC,
ABN) or local top local bank (Danamon, Niaga, BII)
Credit knowledge
Fluent in English

2. Junior Planners
Requirement as followings:

Product manager
Working experience:
At least 2~3 years related experience in local wealth management
product planning.
Local wealth management license will be plus.
Job Items:
Wealth management product developing
Product platform developing

Business development and marketing manager
Working experience:
At least 2~3 years related experience in banking business
Job Items:
1. Retail banking business planning and implementation, which includes:
- Customer service policy developing
- Sales planning
- Channel strategies developing
- Budget planning
2. Marketing campaigns planning and implementation

yang kompeten serta mempunyai orientasi kepada pelanggan dan pengetahuan
di Pasar Modal dengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut:

Tanggung jawab utama :

Membantu Kepala Bagian Pengelolaan Risiko dalam penyusunan guidelines
dan prosedur bagi aktivitas manajemen risiko perusahaan.

Spesifikasi:

* Pria/ Wanita.
* Max. 26 Tahun.
* Min. Sarjana (S1) Seluruh disiplin ilmu dari Fakultas yang
terakreditasi "A" dari BAN. Kandidat dengan latar belakang pendidikan S2
Risk Manajemen akan lebih diutamakan.
* Memiliki pengalaman 2-4 tahun di bidang Risk Management,
Konsultan Manajemen, atau Audit.
* Memiliki sertifikasi profesional terkait Pengelolaan Risiko,
Audit, yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga yang telah diakui (CISA, CRM) akan
lebih diutamakan.
* Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dengan TOEFL min 450.
* Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.
