JOB PURPOSE

The Sales and Marketing Manager will have the overall responsibility of
managing the company's sales and marketing activities in order to
ensure the achievement of company objectives in terms of volume and
value. He should develop and implement strategies, provide the technical
support to customers and coordinate the production planning with
production and supply chain.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

§ Develop and execute the right marketing and sales strategy
in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives. This includes
new products launch and existing products adjustments.

§ Ensure on time delivery to customers.

§ Coordinate and manage all necessary actions to maintain and
strengthen customer relations (customer visit with relevant technical
experts, plant tour, seminars, exhibitions, advertising etc)

§ Develop pricing under coordination with the International /
Regional Marketing Management.

§ Appointment of representation.

§ Develop sales and marketing budget.

§ Ensure the successful achievement of sales targets in both
tonnage and value.

Required Qualification / Education / Experience:

Indonesian, Male / Female, 36 - 40, at least S-1 Degree in Chemical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from
overseas or reputable national university. MBA/ MM Degree is a clear
advantage.

§ At least 12 -15 years proven & successful experience in
Sales and Marketing Management in very competitive environment such as
specialty chemical manufacturing industries (Alkaline) dealing with pulp
and paper industry, detergents manufacturing industry, waste and water
treatment as well as civil engineering industry.

§ Qualified candidates with proven sales and marketing
experience currently working in pulp and paper industry, detergents
manufacturing industry, or civil engineering are encouraged to apply.

§ Excellent command of written and spoken English

§ Strong leadership, decision making and delegation skills.

Investor Relations Manager

Principal Accountabilities:

Reporting to Finance Director, Investor Relations Manager is responsible
for collaborating with and supporting the Investor Relations Team in
developing and executing the national & regional investor relations
program. The position calls for a proactive, highly detail-oriented
individual who can work independently and respond to ever changing
demands to support the company's expanding Investor Relations
Programs. The Investor Relations Manager work closely with the Finance
Director, President Director/ CEO, Corporate Secretary, and legal,
finance and communications teams.

Duties Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage internal and external Investor Relations
activities and scheduling such as road shows, conferences, analysts
meetings and tours, shareholder meetings, investor meetings.
* Assist in preparation and production of quarterly earnings
announcements, Jakarta Stock Exchange filings, annual report, and proxy.
* Track analyst models and earnings estimates
* Participate in regular communications with the investment community
* Support the Finance Director on projects, research and information
requests.
* Improve, maintain and document Investor Relations databases,
website and calendars, scheduling and meeting recording, general and web

Qualification & Requirements:

§ Indonesian, Male/ Female, 34 - 38, Magister Management (S-2
Degree) in Accounting Finance or at least S-1 Degree from reputable

§ At least 8 years working experience / with past three
years holding the position of Investor Relations Manager with public
listed company.

§ Proven experience and track record as Investor Relations
Manager with capability to build communications and relationship with
the public and the investors community.

§ Proven experience in preparing publication materials

§ Proven experience to develop and prepare management
