SAP Sales Executives
Main Responsibilities :
1. Sales Account Executive
§ Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with
SAP clients and potential clients, coordinating the various stages of
the sales process progressing towards closing the sales and maintaining
a high level of sales achievement and customer satisfaction for a major
§ Target new accounts and exploit business opportunities to
achieve sales targets for a major market segment. Develop and implement
sales strategies for the segment.
* Manage accounts by maintaining close productive relationship with
existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts and services are
made as well as proper sales support services are provided.
* Conduct sales presentations, prepare sales plans and sales
proposals, and negotiate with customers' key executives to win
significant sales orders with the help of the presales team.
Investigate and present critical issues and highlight the best possible
technical and operational advantages.
* Collaborate with customer services management to resolve customer
dissatisfaction, coordinate with marketing groups to identify marketing
plans and strategies and launching events and campaigns, and work
jointly with the alliance management to bring to bear the lost value
propositions for each account.
Requirements & Qualification:
Based in Jakarta. Indonesian, Male/ Female, 30 - 38 years.
§ University degree, at least S-1 Degree, preferably in
Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent
§ 5 to 10 years of IT software sales experience with proven
§ Business experience on the following industries would be an
advantage: Logistics, Finance, Human Resources, Healthcare, Automotive,
Oil & Gas, Hi-tech, Banking. Working experience with Fortune 500
Business Software Solutions Providers would have preferred advantage.
§ SAP Product Knowledge & Experience is a clear advantage.
§ Strong negotiation skills.
§ Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal
§ Strong analytical and process leadership skills
§ Resourceful, team player and able to work under pressure
§ Overall knowledge of general functionality of all SAP
component modules with expertise in at least one application area will
be an additional advantage.
§ Clear and persuasive verbal and written English
§ Good analytical thinking/ problems solving: works
systematically and logically top resolve problems, address opportunities
or manage the situation at hand; identifies causes, relationships and
