ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

PlaNet Finance is an international non profit organization, which aims at
developing the microfinance sector. PlaNet Finance supports banks,
cooperatives, Non Governmental Organizations (NGO), and Microfinance
Institutions by providing them with operational services in terms of
capacity building and financing to facilitate their growth. PlaNet Finance
also works with the private sector, international agencies and governments
to facilitate the creation of an efficient microfinance sector.

Based in Paris, France, PlaNet Finance has developed operations in more than
60 countries and has established an international network of affiliated
offices in Europe (United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Germany,
Switzerland), Northern America (USA and Canada), Latin America (Mexico,
Brazil, Argentina), Asia (India, China, Nepal, Japan), Africa (Senegal,
Benin) and the Middle East North Africa region (Morocco, Egypt, United Arab
Emirates, Israel, Palestinian Territories, Lebanon, Jordan).

PlaNet Finance is currently setting up a regional office for South-East Asia
in Jakarta and is looking for an Administration Coordinator.

Position description

Under the supervision of the Regional Coordinator, the Administration
Coordinator will be in charge of:

* Accounting & Budget follow-up

* Follow the legal registration of PlaNet Finance in Indonesia

* Organization of events: training sessions, conference

* Translation of documents between English & Bahasa Indonesia

* Secretariat activities: setting up meetings, keeping a list of
contacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia

Previous experience in an international NGO at similar position

Autonomous and responsible

Good team player, capacity to work both in a group and individually

Understanding of the microfinance sector would be an asset

November 2007

Location

The position is based in Jakarta.
