Position : Compensation & Benefit
Job Summary :
Responsible for all employees benefit matters (leaves record, medical allowance usage, insurance, jamsostek)
Responsible for all compensation matters (reference letter, personnel database, absenteeism, monthly salary process)
Responsible for Reward & Recognition matters (budget controlling, award administration)
Responsible, consolidate, maintain and control employees head count budget
Responsible for annual salary review and performance bonus implementation
Assist the Manager in any administration matters needed
Qualification :
- Male/Female
- 27- 35 years
- S-1 in Business, Management, Psychology, other Social Sciences
- Solid 3-5 years experience focused and dedicated as HR Compensation and Benefits
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate in written & verbal communication in English fluently
- High level of computer skills..
