Our client is one of Multinational FMCG Company. They are looking for candidate that will be join their team as

Distribution Executive
Requirement:

1.. 27-30 years old
2.. Min Bachelor Degree
3.. Min 2 years experience in the sales position
4.. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
5.. Fluent in English both verbal & written
Duties:

1.. Solve distribution & trade related issues on timely basis or inform the superiors for the right solution
2.. Update route maps regularly & purpose plans to improve yield & productivity
3.. Propose the names of the prominent & good outlets where they may require to do some branding activity
4.. Ensure that the distribution operation timings are observed at all times
5.. Update the superiors for any competitor activity
6.. Make effective control on the market return area through vigilance & regular market visits
7.. Managing AR of the distributor & maintain as per the company's defined policy
8.. Develop & maintain high direct reports morale & productivity
