Experience / Qualifications:

·        Bachelor degree
·        Min. 3 years experience as sales trainer, preferably in insurance industry
·        Advance capability to deliver training and managing result
       
       
        Knowledge:
       
·        Depth knowledge in training process cycle
·        Sound understanding of performance based culture within sales organization
·        Mastering the role of training into sales process
       
       
        Job Description:
       
·        Responsible in conducting agency training and educational programs and monitoring of effectiveness of programs executed
·        To support Manager of Financial Adviser and ensure all Professional Financial Adviser in achieving company sales target
·        Contribute to Professional Financial Service Development by delivering coaching and working partnership with agency team leaders

·        PC literacy
·        Good communication skill
·        Time management skill
·        Planning, organizing, executing, monitoring and evaluating skill
