HR Compensation & Benefits Manager MNC

Our client is an European based MNC, a market-driven fast moving
consumer goods company providing superior products and value to
customers and ultimate consumers, the channel partners, leading to
superior returns for its shareholders. Today, the company measures sales
in excess of IDR 850 Billion annually in Indonesia, with nearly 700
(seven hundred) employees & staff across the country. Our client seeks
to hire ambitious and career minded professional who enjoys taking-up
new challenges and is committed to developing a long-term career with
the company to fill- up the vacant position as:

HR Compensation & Benefits Manager

Overall Responsibility:

The successful applicant will develop, maintain and continuously update
the compensation and benefits policies and implementation guidelines in
line with the Human Resources Management philosophy and strategy of the
company for review and approval by Management Team; ensure awareness,
understanding for correct implementation operationally among Management
staffs. Other responsibilities will include:

§ Strategically, reporting to the Human Resources Director,
the job holder develops the compensation & benefits policies and
guidelines for review and approval by the Management Team, socializes
the Approved Policies & Guidelines among Management Staffs for
awareness, understanding. Continuously monitor and evaluate and assess
for correct implementation.

§ Responsible for the correct implementation of the
Compensation Policies for Management Staffs (by formulating and
proposing individual remuneration amount for Management Team approval
and further processes).To manage the local legal and policy compliance
in the execution of HR programs and delivery of HR services.

§ Continuously, update the company's compensation and
benefits level within the intended market. Analyze, develop, formulate
and propose new company's position for Management Team review and
approval.

§ Continuously monitor and assess the actual level and policy
level of Compensation and Benefits between management and CLA for proper
fairness.

§ Provide advises to CLA Negotiating Team based on analysis
and assessment of overall comparison between Management versus
Non-Management Remuneration Policy for ongoing and the coming CLA.

§ Continuously assess market information accuracy for
improved analysis in developing strategic competitive market
positioning.

§ Managed annual compensation research and planning effort,
as well as development and delivery of training for, and execution of,
annual compensation process for all personnel in the country.

Required Experience and qualification:

§ Indonesian, Male/ Female, 32- 38, Master degree (S-2) in
Business, Management, Psychology, other Social Sciences, or at least S-1
Degree in these subjects from reputable overseas / local -national
universities.

§ Solid 8-10 years business experience focused and dedicated
as HR Compensation and Benefits / currently- for the past three years is
holding HR Compensation & Benefits Manager position, preferably with
fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing industry, or other MNC
manufacturing company with 600 / over employees and staff.

§ Strong analytical skills, and able to continuously update &
monitor the trend in the industry by analyzing market survey results in
order to ensure relevance & competitiveness of the compensation &
benefits in the market.

§ Proven track record of successful achievements to set-up
and review new compensation & benefits system, experienced working with
Hay Job Evaluation System, or Mercer.

§ Ability to communicate in written & verbal communication in
English fluently, is essential & a must.

§ High level of computer skills. Strong exposures with SAP
business solution software is a definite advantage.
