Qualification:
1.. Min. Bachelor Degree majoring IT
2.. Min. 3 years of supervisory experience
3.. Good vendor management skill to manage outsourced partners
4.. Working knowledge of IT Printer solutions, hardware/software, network integration
Role & Responsibilities:
1.. Provide strong management and leadership to support Authorized Service Centre (ASC) Operation
2.. Develop good working relationship with the ASC and its Authorized Service Providers (ASP) by maintaining a high level of professionalism based on integrity and respect
3.. Conduct regular face to face meeting with ASC & ASP as well with distributors, resellers and dealers to gather feedback on service issues
4.. Ensure that ASC and its ASPs meet the contract obligations and KPIs as spelled out in the policy agreements and take all necessary proactive actions to ensure that the service levels are met
5.. Ability to provide timely reports on the performance of the ASC and its ASPSs to the management, feedback and recommendations on service issues in the Indonesian market
6.. Conduct service network survey
7.. Comfortable to make sales call especially to corporate customers with the sales and marketing team
