IT Technician

Responsibilities:

Set up a network
Ensure that the standard set of software is set upon all computers
To design and implement the back up system and policy
To design and implement the security system and policy (antivirus and instruction).
Desired Qualifications
· Minimum diploma or bachelor degree.
· Able to communicate in English.
· Experience in maintaining network (LAN), hardware and software.
· Capable to fix hardware and software.

Post Title:Technical Advisor

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical expertise for the implementation of the local level disaster risk management approach. · Assist in the monitoring and development of the program · Training and awareness raising tools; develop awareness raising campaigns. · Participate in networking with stakeholders and advocacy; research on DRR managements. · Support of the community based approach in the urban context of DKI Jakarta.
Desired Qualifications
· Minimum bachelor degree.
· 5 years experiences in implementing Community Based Disaster Risk management (CBDRM) program.
· Experience in making the CBDRM tool exercise and concepts.
· Experience in designing strategy and campaign organizer.
· Have good advocacy ability.
· Have good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English oral and written.
· Experience in making relationship and partnership with multi stake holders, especially the Government, NGO and other communities).
· Have strong interest in humanity, gender issue, poverty, and environment.
· Have strong interest to learn
· Able to work in a team.


Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:
· Finalize the accountancy of capital and bases (cash and bank).
· Processing and finalize data accounting in Accountancy software.
· Prepare filing invoices based on ACF filing system.
· Take a part in budget management.
· Manage the finance issue of expatriate and local staffs.
· Manage the filing: finance documents, contracts, letter, etc.)

Desired Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in accounting
· Fluent in English
· Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/finance
· Familiar with petty cash, bank reconciliation and accountancy software is appreciated.
· Able to manage the filing system and checking the quality of invoices.
· Accurate, punctual, able to work under pressure, and autonomy.
Experience working in international NGO is preferable
