Safety Supervisor & Safety Trainer

civil construction, transportation, and earthworks to serve our
client in fiber plantations and chip / pulp / paper industry. We

highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions:

1. SAFETY SUPERVISOR (S-SV)
Manage and improve safety awareness of all employees; supervise the
implementation of company Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and
policies on Safety. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Public /
Occupational Health – Safety or Engineering; minimum 5 years
experience in related fields with 2 years experience in the same
level; strong analytical thinking, leadership, and mentoring;
knowledge of HSE and its related issues (such as regulation and law);
skilled on safety-related investigation and reporting.

2. SAFETY TRAINER (S-TR)
Plan and deliver training programs on safety that consist of safety
regulation, policies, rules, hazard identification, and other related
issues on safety base on thorough training need analysis; and running
the training evaluation as well. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in
Public / Occupational Health – Safety or Engineering; minimum 5 years
experience in safety related fields with 2 years experience in the
same position; skilled in developing safety training modules;
knowledge of HSE and its related issues (such as regulation and law);
strong leadership and presentation skills.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
(a) Computer literate; (b) Excellent in English and Bahasa both
written and spoken; (c) High personal work-motivation, communicative,
proactive, and creative; (d) High orientation on cost-effectiveness,
quality, time-frame, and safety; (f) High professional-integrity and
excellent teamwork skills; (g) Experienced in the same type of
business would be a great advantage.
