candidates to fill below position:

Key Account Manager (Reporting to the ASM )
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Drive sustained sales by developing the Sales Force
within your region,
* Train, motivate and empower the
independentconsultants via individual business
planning sessions and larger group meetings,
* Plan, organize and conduct events and seminars, both
independently and together with the independent
consultants.
* Assist ASM in creating a vibrant and energizing
sales environment in the branch office,

Your profile:
* Successful track record from hospitality/travel
industry/insurance etc with university degree,
* Passionate about working with people and developing
people,
* Energetic/charismatic with positive “can-do”
attitude and great communication skills,
* Strong sense of responsibility/personal maturity as
well as analytical skills,
* Fluent command of the English language,
* Willingness to travel.
