Requirements :

* Female
* Good Attitude and Communication Skill
* Good Reporting Skill
* Have Knowledge about Computer Hardware, Software, and Networking

* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Related Degree

Job Description :

* Solving Problem via Phone
* Escalate Problem if Unsolved by Phone to Technical Support
* Monitor and Update Problem until Solved
* Maintaining Escalation Process
* Create an Update Knowledge Base for Further Reference
* Create weekly, Monthly, and Annual Report
